My husband loves when I make Irish Soda Bread…truth be told, he seems to take a liking to anything made with buttermilk. However, I only seem to think of making Soda Bread around St. Paddy’s day. There is no good explanation for this (the ingredients are always available) except that I tend to forget how good it is! The recipe for the Bread pictured can be found here.
